This Pina Colada smoothie is not only beneficial for our health but its an absolute delight and a treat! 1Cup Coconut milk
2 cups pineapple chunks
1tsp raw honey
1sp Vanilla extract
Optional add ins: Chia seeds, flax seeds, Vanilla protein powder, Collagen.
