Greetings fellow human beings!
As we all know now with the constant exposure to toxins, it is of the utmost importance that we take time to detox our bodies. Wether it be environmental toxins or toxins from our own bodies, the removal of them are so crucial for our overall well being. This would be considered preventative care, that would prevent further disease from developing in our bodies. A growing number of humanity has some type of disease or are feeling unwell, well let me just give you a hint.....Toxins! Delicious Detox Spirulina Smoothie!
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 of a cucumber
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 tsp of Spirulina powder
- 1 Medjool date
- 1 handful spinach
